04: 22 < bunny_sleep> pouring rain
04: 23 < bunny_sleep> dropped cat under abandoned trailer in parking lot
04: 23 < bunny_sleep> watched cat pee
04: 23 < bunny_sleep> tried to coax cat out of trailer
04: 23 < bunny_sleep> managed to coax cat out from under trailer, cat promptly went for cars and crossed the parking log
04: 23 < bunny_sleep> lot
04: 23 < bunny_sleep> pounced on cat at appropriate moment
04: 23 < bunny_sleep> brought cat back inside :-/
04: 23 < bunny_sleep> (at least he's not meowing at the door anymore)
04: 24 < bunny_sleep> and I really messed up here... his litter tray (on the balcony), which he doesn't like to start with, kind of got flooded by the pouring rain
04: 24 < bunny_sleep> so as soon as shops open I need to go buy kitty litter.
04: 25 < bunny_sleep> I'm really going to have to talk with the vet to evaluate how much of a risk there is if I just severely limit his time outdoors --- to him and to other cats.
