Quick notes, and no photo because I ate it all. Smeared top of chicken breasts with a bit of honey, poured some soy sauce and lime juice on top, sprinkled with lemon-pepper.

In the pan, fried coarsley ground coriander and asian cumin seeds. Added 2 finely chopped cloves of garlic, stirred a bit, and added chicken breasts (on the non-honey side).

While they seized, chopped a tomato and let it wait with the rest of the soy sauce and lemon juice (I didn’t pour it in when I put the chicken in the pan). Turned ouver the whites and let them cook until they were seized all over. Then added tomotoes, soy + lemon juice, and also some sprouted lentils that were in the fridge.

Let all that cook, turning whites over until they were cooked through. Added more soy sauce at some point, and lemon. In the end, added chopped coriander leaves. No salt, the soy sauce took care of making things tasty!
