What is a blog for?
Use a blog as a practical tool to publish the same old stuff, or as a tool to start a new type of conversation.
If you just use it as a publishing tool, then either
- nobody will care (official communications are boring, full of corpspeak)
- people will talk back, and you’ll have to jump into the conversation, even if it’s uncomfortable
